Shipping Policy

Normal Mail (NO Tracking) - Small Items only

This shipping option is cheap however there is no tracking for the parcel means untraceable.

*SingPost Company do not cover insurance for this normal mail option for lost or damage of parcels. Lost or damage seller is not responsible. If buyer choose normal mail as your shipping option, buyer understood that in an event lost/damage in transit there is no refund or resending of item. Any issues kindly contact SingPost Company as they are the ones delivering and not seller.

*For Fragile items (such as liquid / Glass) NOT Recommended this normal mail option as there won't be any compensation for damages by the shipping company and no resending or compensation from seller.

Delivery with Tracking:

Qxpress: Total 3 Attempts the courier will attempt for the delivery to your doorstep.

J&T Express: Total 2 Attempts the courier will attempt for the delivery to your doorstep.

Please kindly make sure to check your shipping address is correct. The courier may charge extra for changing address / incorrect address. If the parcel returned due to buyer did not provide valid / full address, there will be re-delivery fee of original price borne by the buyer if buyer want it to be delivered the 2nd time. Alternatively self collect is another option. Please note shipping fees are non refundable as fees are paid to the courier for delivering the items.

Exchange / Return Policy:

Exchange / Return case by case basis. If items send to you wrongly by mistake, 1 to 1 exchange.

Promotion sales items sold are non exchangeable or refundable.

[Clause 1] Hygiene products strictly non exchangeable or refundable:

For Nail Polish / Cosmetic Products due to hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept any Exchange or Refund of Nail Polish Bottles due to your simple mind change of color OR color did not appear what you wanted. Studies have shown that due to individual screen you will see the color different from your eyes and the real actual color. You can do your research about computers and technologies screen resolution differ from computer screen and your mobile screen. Taking photos / pictures by Cameras even with the highest mega pixels now still could not 100% capture the exact color from what your eyes see.

We will try to provide as close as possible however if you could not accept this terms and conditions then please do not buy from us. Alternatively, you may visit our warehouse store to view the real colors instead of online pictures.

Colour can varies depending on the background lightings when the colour was taken. If the background lighting is darker environment, the colour will look darker. Try playing around with camera taking in a different darker environment you will notice the changes. It can also depends on the screen resolution of the monitor. Colour will also look different when you turn up the brightness to the max on your mobile screen or desktop computer and then turn it down to dark again. Applying more coat layers makes the colour stronger and darker.

Customer could also forward to us the picture of the colour you are looking for and we will try our best to find the nearest colour for you however please note there may still be some differences (It is highly recommended that customers visit the warehouse to view the physical colours by appointment)

If any colour is out of stock, we will contact you via whatsapp / sms/ email. For out of stock colours, the replacement out of stock colour must be the same value. If customer choose lower value, there will be no refund. If the value of the item is higher, required topup. Alternatively, if customer do not want to choose the replacement out of stock colour, customer may opt for refund.

Recommended Storage Conditions for all gelish nail polishes: Store in cool environment avoid light or heat and avoid area temperature up and down changes.
Once buyer made the purchase, buyer have bound to agree all the terms and conditions stated on this webpage listing.

[Clause 2] Electronic Devices (export sets):

Electronic devices export sets are not eligible for local warranty. Products have to go through strict testing before any shipment or handing over to you. If the product is defective / faulty due to manufacturing faulty, buyer must report to us of the issue within 3 days and buyer has to bring the product to the warehouse for inspection and it is on a case by case basis 1 to 1 exchange. Not eligible if buyer misused / damaged.

[Clause 3] Return/Refunds:

For any disputes or discrepancies, must be made within 3 days from date delivered of the product.

For any cases in such that refund approved by the team, for payment made via credit card / cards payment, payment gateway fees are non refundable as it is charged by the payment gateway company.

Delivery Fees are non refundable which are charged by the courier. Full delivery fee will be borne by the buyer even though the website price showing the after discounted fee (i.e "$1/$1.99 / Free Shipping") as these are under promotion absorbed partially by the company therefore full delivery fee will be charged to buyer if buyer chooses full refund for any cases.

Alternatively, on a case by case basis buyer may be allowed to choose other products from the store instead of opting for full refund. The company reserves the rights to not approve any refunds if it is deemed as not eligible.

The company reserves the rights to cancel promotions/offers without prior notice.
